一、Product Specifications产物规格书：

1、The product specification shall identify all rules, bans, standards to which the product must c o mply

产物规格书应明确产物必须符合的所有条例，禁止条例，标准；

2、The c o mpany shall have a product specification which is unique for their location

公司应有在其使用位置的唯一的产物规格证书；

3、The c o mpany shall have a system (or
procedure) in place to ensure that product specifications are documented,
maintained, adequate, and in c o mpliance with relevant safety, legislative and
customer requirements.公司应该有一个系统（或者程序）以确保产物规格书是书面的，被维护的，充分的，同时和相关的安全性，合法性和客户要求都相一致

二、Certification Testing 认证测试

4、The c o mpany shall conduct certification tests before issuing
a certificate of conformity to the final product, and all certificates of
conformity shall be traceable to the appropriate certification testing. 在发放成品符合性证书_x0008__x0008_之前，工厂需要进行认证测试。所有的符合性证书应该可以追溯到相关联的认证类测试。

5、Samples submitted for certification testing shall be in
sufficient number, in ac c ordance to the testing plan, and identical in all
material respects to the finished products (or finished c o mponent parts which
are listed in the product specification). 上交认证类测试的样品应该数量充足，符合测试标准计划，同时所有材料都应该和成品材料相符（或者符合在产物规格书所罗列的成品组件部分相符合）。

6、Changes in materials or c o mponents shall have new
certification if they could affect the safety, quality or legality of the

7、The c o mpany shall establish procedures to subcontract
analyses or testing to a CPSC approved, ac c redited lab to confirm product
safety, legality and quality. 公司应该建立程序将分析和测试转包给经过CPSC批准，认证的实验室，以确保产物的安全性，合法性和质量。

8、Conformance to specification/formulation shall be measured
ac c ording to a documented testing plan on sample size, frequency and method
indicated by following regulatory, or customer‘s, requirements. 应根据书面的测试计划例如产物抽样量 和测试频率，以及法律及客户要求，对产物是否符合产物规格书/规划进行测量。

9、Frequency of third party testing shall be selected no less
than the CPSC minimum frequency. 第三方测试的频率应该不低于CPSC最小测试频率
